Breaking News

Victory in Virginia: Republican Glenn Youngkin was victorious in Virginia’s gubernatorial race, beating out Democrat Terry McAuliffe. Youngkin stood as staunchly Pro-Life during his campaign, slamming McAuliffe for “his support of taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand.” Read Here

“Pro-life is a winning issue across America,” says PRI President Steven Mosher.  “Politicians who would win need to follow Glen Youngkin in openly espousing their pro-life beliefs.  The Pro-Life vote in Virginia put Youngkin and his running mates over the top.”

PRI in the Media

China’s Deadly Legacy: In this recent piece, PRI President Steven Mosher gave a preview of his forthcoming book  The Politically Incorrect Guide® to Pandemics. China has been the origin for many of the world’s pandemics, as well as the site of archaeological evidence of the earliest known epidemic. Read Here

Vaccines for Kids: PRI President Steven Mosher has examined the science behind why children should not be vaccinated against COVID. Besides the fact that children aren’t severely affected by COVID, getting the mRNA vaccine would ruin the natural immune response that would protect them for the rest of their lives. Read Here

Demography is Destiny

Out of Workers: China’s lack of babies in past decades has now morphed into a lack of workers. According to Forbes, “the most productive members of the labor force are set to retire in less than 15 years.” As the population has dwindled, so has its economic potential. Read Here

Communist China

China Telecom Banned: The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has revoked the license that allowed China’s largest telecom operator to do business in the United States. Unsurprisingly the company was “subject to exploitation, influence, and control by the Chinese government” as reported by the Wall Street Journal. Read Here

Lured and Exploited: A group of Chinese men have shared their experience of being drawn into an employment scam. Promised well-paying jobs with decent hours, these men were “lured to Indonesia”, where their passports were taken and secret escape was the only way out. Read Here

“In lawless China, neither workers nor anyone else have any rights,” says PRI President Mosher.  “Workers both inside and outside of China are forced to work for little pay in the promise of later “bonuses” that are never paid.  If they go on strike or demonstrate against these abuses they are met with violent attacks from the police, who are in league with their bosses.”

Military Pushes Multiple Fronts: China’s rapid-fire pace in the military sphere has the United States rattled, as it pushes forward on multiple fronts. Within the past year, this has included, “Beijing’s expanding nuclear arsenal, its advances in space, cyber, and missile technologies, and threats to Taiwan.” Read Here

Closer Look at Construction: The Federation of American Scientists has released a breakdown of China’s construction of missile silos. This examination of satellite images specifically looked at the three sites of new construction in North-Central China, discovered over the summer. Read Here

“China is engaged in an unprecedented military buildup, which includes the construction of over 300 new missile silos,” says PRI President Steven Mosher.  “China for years has claimed that it only maintains a minimum nuclear force for deterrent purposes, and that it has a “no first use” policy.  This build up suggests that, given Xi Jinping’s penchant for aggression, all that is about to change.”

Science Gone Mad

Free NIPT in Germany: Financing has been approved in Germany for all women to be given free genetic screening for their unborn babies, starting in 2022. This could be the trigger for a rise in abortions, specifically of babies with down syndrome, as the “child as a damage” legislation is pushed forward. Read Here

“Several decades ago, the California state legislature passed a law requiring prenatal tests to detect Down’s syndrome babies,” says PRI President Steven Mosher.  “We refused the tests, which we regarded as a “search and destroy” mission for these beautiful children.  Now Germany is going to forget its dark history of Nazi eugenics and embark on the same path.”

Catholic Appeal Spurned: The Supreme Court turned down a case from Mercy San Juan Medical Center, a Catholic hospital in the Sacramento, California area. The establishment was accused of discrimination against a transgender patient, because they refused to perform a  hysterectomy to “treat” gender dysphoria. Read Here

Pro-Life Around the World

Saving Disabled Babies: A bill has made it through the Committee Stage at the Northern Ireland Assembly, removing certain disabilities from being qualifying grounds for an abortion. Moving forward this will protect unborn babies with down syndrome, cleft lip and club foot. Read Here

Parliament Condemns Pro-Life Laws: The European Parliament has taken a strong stance against any Pro-Life legislation in the United States. The institution has not only called for an end to the Texas Heartbeat Bill, but for an end to all laws that limit abortion. Read Here

Russia in the Mix: Russia has officially joined the Geneva Consensus Declaration on Women’s Health and Protection of the Family. This initiative has been the first of its kind to reject the UN’s advancement of abortion around the world, and has grown stronger with every additional signatory. Read Here

Pro-Life on the Home Front

Biden’s “Equality” Plan: The Biden administration has released its National Strategy on Gender Equity and Equality. Hypocritical within itself, the document advocated for “greater equity for all,” while a push for more abortion in the United States. Read Here

Saved By Their Heartbeat: According to a report on the initial impact of the Texas Heartbeat Bill, abortions dropped by 50% in the month following the new legislation. Comparing August and September, the total abortion figure was down by over three-thousand. Read Here

Good News

Halloween in the Hospital: Starting a trend of holiday cheer, the Henry Ford Hospital in Michigan provided specially designed costumes for preemies in the NICU. The effort on behalf of the staff gave new parents a special first Halloween with their precious little ones. Read Here
