Communist China
Terror & Tourism: The CCP has reformed Xinjiang, scaling back the overt anti-Uyghur measures, to create a “sterilized” version of the region fit for “commercialization.” The Party continues to defend the measures in place, claiming that their purpose is integration rather than elimination. Read Here
“The persecution of the Uyghurs hasn’t lessened,” says PRI President Steven Mosher. “They are still slated for elimination. But because the world has noticed the CCP’s ongoing genocide, the party has upped its propaganda game. And, by the way, China’s carrying out the same policy against the Tibetans, Mongolians, and other minorities, who are to be eliminated as separate peoples and cultures as soon as possible.”
China’s Surprise: U.S. Intelligence was caught by surprise, upon learning that China has further developed their hypersonic missile capabilities. The country tested their missile in August, which flew in low-orbit space around the globe. It missed its target by two dozen miles. Read Here
“China has not only stolen hypersonic missile technology, but has weaponized it in a surprisingly short period of time,” says PRI President Mosher. “Their test of a hypersonic missile underlines once again that China is the principal threat to the United States.”

Pro-Life on the Home Front
Anti-Life Nominee: Senator Marco Rubio has delayed the committee vote on Joe Biden’s nominee for for leader of global health development at the US Agency for International Development. Read Here
Catholic Troops Can Refuse: The Archbishop for Military Services Timothy Broglio, JCD, has announced that Catholic troops should have the right to refuse the COVID vaccine based on conscientious objection. Though previously supportive of Biden’s mandate for military personnel to be vaccinated, Broglio publicly backed each individual’s conscience and choice. Read Here
“I was very glad to see that Archbishop Broglio has reaffirmed the fundamental right of Catholics to act in accordance with their conscience,” says Mr. Mosher. “Many questions have been raised about the risk associated with the vaccines, especially for young men and women whose risk from the virus is already miniscule. I believe the order by the Secretary of Defense that every active and reserve member of the US military receive the COVID vaccine is illegal.”
Justice Department Scrambles: The US Justice Department, directed by Joe Biden, has requested that the Supreme Court block Texas’ Heartbeat Legislation. They claimed that the bill “circumvented” previous Supreme Court rulings and denied Texas women their constitutional rights. Read Here

Quote of the Week
“The first and most fundamental of all human rights is the right to life, and when this right is denied all other rights are threatened … A society will be judged on the basis of how it treats its weakest members; and among the most vulnerable are surely the unborn and the dying.”
~ Pope Saint John Paul II, source
