Everyone knows that Harris was the first national political candidate to visit an abortion clinic, the very place where unborn lives were being snuffed out every day.
You have probably also heard that Planned Parenthood returned the favor by sending a mobile abortion clinic to the Chicago Democratic Convention.
But did you know that:
- Planned Parenthood is so excited about the prospect of this deadly duo in the Oval Office that its super PAC stated that it “is working to ensure Kamala Harris and Tim Walz make it to the White House.”
- In 2017, Senator Kamala Harris introduced S.510 to allow non-physicians to do abortions, and to abolish state laws mandating informed consent, parental consent, 24-hour waiting periods, and any and all health or safety regulations.
- On CBS’s “Face the Nation” in September 2023, Kamala Harris refused to answer the question, “At what week of pregnancy should abortion access be cut off?” Instead, she simply insisted “We need to restore … Roe v. Wade.”
- In February 2019, The Daily Caller asked Kamala Harris if there was any point in pregnancy at which she thought abortion was immoral. She said, “I think it’s up to a woman to make that decision, and I will always stand by that.”
- Tim Walz defended China’s forced abortion policy, claiming that violators only had to “pay a fine.” But as I have written “hundreds of millions of Chinese women didn’t just pay a tax. … Their babies were ripped out of their wombs by cesarean section by Red doctors who went on to sever the fallopian tubes of those who violated the one-child policy.”
- Tim Walz pushed for the 2023 passage of HF 1, defending the bill by saying that “Every individual has a fundamental right to make autonomous decisions about the individual’s own reproductive health, including the fundamental right to use or refuse reproductive health care.” What Walz didn’t say was that his law includes minor girls and boys, and that “reproductive health care” was defined to include transgender drugs and genital mutilation surgery.
- The 2024 Democratic Platform perfectly reflects the views of the party’s candidates that abortion should not only be legal up to birth, but that it should be funded by taxpayer dollars. It states, “With a Democratic Congress, we will pass national legislation to make Roe the law of the land again. … We will repeal the Hyde Amendment [which bans taxpayer-funded abortions].”
Now you know.
