Save Florida From Becoming Another New York
Amendment 4 is a dangerous attempt to turn Florida into another New York by expanding abortion access and weakening our state’s family-first values. It threatens the most vulnerable among us – the unborn – and undermines the sanctity of life.
As Floridians, we’ve chosen to live here for the strong, pro-life and pro-family principles that protect our families and children. Amendment 4 aims to change that by bringing late-term abortion and other extreme measures to our state. This amendment disregards scientific truths about when life begins and promotes policies that have hurt women, children, and families in other states.
We can’t let Florida become another New York. Stand with us and vote NO on Amendment 4 to defend life, protect our families, and ensure Florida remains a place where every human life is valued.

The Fourteenth Amendment of the US Constitution says that no state can deprive any person of their God given right to life without due process. Nor can any state deprive any person of equal protection under the law. Clearly, Florida Amendment Four violates the Fourteenth Amendment.
Our preborn brothers and sisters are being denied their Fourteenth Amendment rights, and Florida Amendment 4 will cause our preborn brothers and sisters to be killed, even late-term past viability. Catholic churches always maintain that a human life and human person would begin at conception.
Amendment 4 is unconstitutional and immoral.
As Catholics and Americans, we must vote NO on Amendment 4.
